TAV A12 Aluminum Vacuum Brazing Furnace Line
TAV A12 offers an advanced solution for high-vacuum brazing of aluminum components (heat exchangers, oil coolers, radiators, etc.). A large pumping group allows for rapid evacuation of the chamber and high operating vacuum levels. The thermal chamber has a rectangular section, and the insulation is provided by a set of reflective stainless steel shields. The power is controlled through SCR thyristors. The system allows fast, uniform and precisely controlled heating of the load. The maximum operating temperature is 1200°F. The furnace has an automated loading/unloading system with different stations, and it also has double doors for easy cleaning. A SCADA system provides comprehensive monitoring and control of the furnace.
